Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

  • • Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • • A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to start the trial.
  • • You will not be charged during the trial period.
  • • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
  • • If you do not cancel, your chosen plan (Monthly or Yearly) will be billed automatically at the end of the trial.

Cancellation Policy

  • • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page or through the Stripe billing portal.
  • • When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
  • • After cancellation, you retain full access to all features until your current period expires.
  • • Kid mode remains free and accessible even after your subscription expires. Your kids can still watch previously approved videos.
  • • Parent dashboard features (search, adding new content, approval notifications) require an active subscription.
  • • You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.

Refund Policy

  • • If you are charged after your free trial and have not used the service, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund.
  • • After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
  • • Yearly subscriptions: if you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal, contact us and we'll evaluate a prorated refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • • All refund requests should be sent to hello@blubitube.com with your account email and the reason for the refund.
  • • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Pricing

  • • Monthly plan: USD $3.99 per month, billed monthly.
  • • Yearly plan: USD $29.99 per year (equivalent to $2.50/month), billed annually.
  • • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
  • • Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

Payment Security

  • • All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
  • • Blübitübe never sees, stores, or has access to your full credit card number. All payment information is handled entirely by Stripe.
  • • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major payment methods supported by Stripe.
