1. Service Description

Blübitübe ("the Service") is a parental content curation platform that allows parents or guardians to select YouTube videos and channels for their children. Children see only parent-approved content through our application. Blübitübe does not host video content — all videos are served from YouTube.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create a Blübitübe account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and that you are responsible for all activity under your account, including content approved for your children. Children do not create accounts and do not interact with any account-management features.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Blübitübe is a paid subscription service. Pricing details are available on our website.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not handle or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Blübitübe responsibly and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to circumvent security features, reverse engineer the application, or access other users' data.
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow non-guardians to manage child profiles.
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Blübitübe app, its design, branding, and original content remain the property of Blübitübe. Video content displayed within the app is the property of the respective creators and is delivered via the YouTube platform.

6. YouTube Content

Blübitübe does not host, produce, or claim ownership of any video content. All videos accessible through the Service are hosted on and served by YouTube (Google LLC).

Your use of YouTube content through Blübitübe is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Blübitübe is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any YouTube video. Videos may be removed or made unavailable by their creators or by YouTube at any time.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data — including kid profiles, approved channels, and watch history — will be permanently removed from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a manner that threatens the safety of children or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we strive to provide a safe viewing environment, we cannot guarantee that all content approved by parents will be appropriate for all children at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blübitübe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Blübitübe after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
